Yes, you can, no strings attached. Just order the calendar, choose 'free trial' and you can be up and running within minutes. If you decide to buy the calendar immediately, of course you get an additional period of three months, too.› Do I need to install software?
No, you don't. Just order the calendar online, and you can use it online. You log in at the Avvie website to manage your reservation requests.› What are the 'friends' in the calendar?
We have seen quite a number of B&B's that share each others' availability and send email requests back and forth. With the Avvie B&B calendar you can add the calendars of B&B's that you cooperate with, vice versa. You can forward reservation request to friends within the Avvie system.› How do I put the calendar on my website?
Once logged in, you can generate the code to go into your website. Choose overall or per-room-availability, the layout and the color scheme. Then click the 'generate code' and copy and paste the code into your website. Your webmaster knows how to do this.› Can I do online reservations through Avvie?
No, the current calendar works with Availability Requests. This is a choice made by Avvie, based on a lot of feedback from Innkeepers: many B&B owners do not want an online reservation system, but they want to be in control of which booking to accept and which ones not.
› How many rooms can I add?
Technically there is no limit to the number of rooms you can manage. However, with around 6 rooms your screen with reservation requests may become crowded. Handling 10 or more rooms (with multiple requests per room) probably won't be efficient. Try out if you like the calendar for your own situation for free.
